3) Need a reliable IT services company that will respond to mission critical issues in a timely manner

Although customers who opt for On-Call based services do not realize the full potential of Koastal's Managed Care service plans, you still have a service provider that can assist your business in the event you need support.  These customers are responded to on a best-effort basis and are billed on an hourly basis.
